Location is brilliant people very help
Very clean , staff very polite and courteous
Staff members speak very little English
The hotel was closest to USJ, train station, and there were a variety of restaurants to choose from
The bed was too firm for my back
Convenient in the middle of everything and onsite garage parking affordable. Friendly and clean. Really enjoyed it. Would stay here again.
The location and the customer service
The beds were hard and uncomfortable
Great location, amenities were nice.
Beds were a bit uncomfortable and small in 3 person room.
Beautiful USJ View from my hotel room
Convenient, the hotel was above train station and close to USJ entrance
Location is great for USJ. Closest hotel to JR and USJ. Staff and facilities are great too. English speaking. Lockers for luggage storage before and after check-in/checkout. Big room and good decor for Japan average hotel
One coupon per head were provided for a free drink at the cafe, but not flexible enough could not be used the next day instead of on the same day
Clean, 2min walk to Universal Studios, JR train line and a bunch of eateries and facilities!
Just love it!
Proximity to USJ, convince stores, shops and train station
Excellent customer service, friendly staff and excellent location. Close to all popular destinations.
Doesn’t have private spa
Room is big enough to accomodate 4 pax. Newly renovated room is very beautiful. Very near to USJ. Lawson at ground floor is 24 hours. Breakfast got 2 location, one at ground floor and the other one is at 32nd floor. Lobby is at 1st floor. Self laundry machine only accept credit card or online payment. 600 yen per wash. Highly recomended for anyone who want a quick access to USJ. 45 minutes from Kansai airport if use Taxi.
Expected to hear people shouting noise from USJ roller coaster ride till night time. Self laundry machine cold have option to use coins instead of online payment with credit card. I've seen people struggling to pay in order for the machine to works.
Room for 4 beds is quite large room with space and the look and feel of the rooms the decor is elegant and the room view was good . Location is very good right on the universal city walk close by a lot of Universal studios ‘s shops and grocery and restaurants
The breakfast place ( Garden ) on the 3rd floor is family type restaurant basic and busy . The eggs only one option scramble eggs and no live station , for me as Muslim could eat from the hot dishes only eggs so I picked eggs and bread , cereal & cold milk , salad is ok . Also only black coffee available. No hot chocolate for kids or laite but you can mix with milk if you want
Room was more spacious than anticipated. Our daughter loved the decor. Buffet breakfast had huge variety with both Japanese and western options. Super accessible via train and walking distance to USJ. Great having laundry facilities onsite. Loads of restaurants in the area for various budgets and train station next door, making it easy for day trips and visits into Osaka or surrounding areas.
Most of the hot food options at breakfast were cold or lukewarm.
Great Location right next to Universal Studios and the train station. Clean, comfortable room. Good value for money.
Friendly Staff (my son left his wallet and the staff msg us right away) , clean facilities, and lots of amenities
It was just a short walk to Universal Studios Japan, and there were plenty of food options and convenience stores nearby. The hotel room itself was clean, well-equipped, and aesthetically pleasing. Microwaves, vending machines, water dispensers and cutleries are available on each guest room level.
